IT Specialist

We're looking for an IT Specialist with hands-on experience in Windows OS and Microsoft Office, solid network troubleshooting skills, and a basic understanding of M365 administration.

We are seeking for a skilled  IT Specialist with a well-rounded set of technical skills to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate is confident in delivering exceptional IT support, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for Windows laptop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrate network knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Have basic knowledge for managing and administrating M365 environments.
  • Have hardware troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Utilize ticketing systems, such as Jira, to track and resolve IT issues.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.

Skills and Abilities

  • Certification in CompTIA A+ and Microsoft MS-900 would be highly beneficial.
  • Previous experience in IT support or related roles.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an IT Support role
  • Only Singaporeans and SPR
