MDPI Singapore, established in February 2021 as the Asia-Pacific regional center of MDPI, leverages Singapore's position as a leading business and technology hub. Collaborating closely with our offices in China, Tokyo, and Thailand, the Singapore office aims to foster stronger connections with the scientific community in the Asia-Pacific region.
The dedicated team in Singapore is committed to promoting academic research through high-quality publications and fostering a robust network of scholars and researchers. This is achieved through collaborations with esteemed scholars and professors from local universities.
We welcome opportunities to engage with researchers in organizing seminars, webinars, workshops, and conferences to further contribute to the advancement of knowledge and scientific collaboration in the region.
Life & Work at MDPI Singapore
We are a small team of around 50 people working at Vision Exchange in Western Singapore, conveniently close to world renowned universities such as National University of Singapore (ranked 8th in QS World Ranking) and Nanyang Technological University (ranked 26th in QS World Ranking). Embodying Singapore's diverse identity as a multi-cultural, multi-lingual, and multi-ethnic country, our team represents various backgrounds and experience.
Our mutual dedication to science and academic publishing unites us, with many colleagues having extensive research backgrounds. Our shared passion motivates us to cultivate a positive and welcoming work environment, emphasizing team excellence as we strive towards a common goal - to become the premier open-access publisher regionally and globally.
