As a Conference Assistant Intern, you will:
Assist in various administrative tasks within the Conference Department
Coordinate and book venues for meetings and events
Manage catering arrangements, including finding suitable restaurants and placing food orders
Handle logistics for conferences, including ordering necessary materials
Support general office tasks as needed
**Opportunities for conversion to full-time
Diploma level education or above in Business Administration/Management
Availability to work a minimum of three days per week
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in email communication
Must be able to work from our office
Prefer candidates who can start within short notice or immediately.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
